Requirements:

• Must be between the age of 18-48

• Experience working with kids a strong asset

• Excellent command of the English language & communication skills

• Ability to think on the feet and modify curriculum according to the audience

• Willingness to embrace change and commitment to participate fully in extra-curricular activities at school

• Enthusiastic and energetic individual who is hungry for work

• Must be able to pass a criminal background & health check

Compensation:

• Starting salary of 13,000 RMB Monthly

• Free Accommodation

• Paid Chinese statutory holidays

• Paid training & free Chinese learning software

• Bonus 6,000 RMB ($1,000 USD) upon completion of contract

We are dedicated to improving student academic success by developing their verbal communication skills. We have been delivering high quality ESL teachers in China and so far have had a huge success. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills for ESL positions throughout China. This position is best suited for someone who is looking to have an overseas teaching experience and is a one year contract.

Ideal Candidate:

• Teach ESL and conversational English to students between primary, elementary, high school & post-secondary levels

• Ability to teach 2-4 hours per school day

• Prepare class curriculum as needed for enhanced learning

• Be a friendly and a patient presence for kids

Responsibilities:

• Prepare one on one lesson plans to workshops according to the provided syllabus for up to 25 students

• Accept and incorporate feedback on classroom performance to ensure positive and meaningful student experience, encouraging learning

• Prepare teaching and learning curriculum as required using different resources i.e. electronic media, course ware and different activities to encourage learning

• Adhere to school policies and procedures as required, Maintain accurate record keeping for daily student performance; effectively communicate with the school about the class curriculum
