Lucrative Part-time work teaching high-level adults at BCM Language Institutes near Geumjeong Station (Seoul, subway line 4)

We are currently hiring for several different part-time positions, all of which are for classes teaching intermediate-to-advanced level adults.

Note that all positions require at least a business casual dress code (collared shirt, blazer/jacket or cardigan preferred in colder months, tie optional but appreciated, no jeans, no sneakers, no distressed clothing, fastidious appearance, clean-shaved or neatly-trimmed facial hair, etc.).

Please note: Weirdos, psychos, miscreants, and slackers/backpackers need not bother to apply. Interpersonal skills and the ability to gracefully accept constructive feedback greatly appreciated. Tardiness will likely disqualify you for an interview.But talented, ambitious, and responsible teachers are likely to be offered full-time employment in the near future. 1. EARLY MORNING FREE-TALKING TEACHER at our flagship branch

Position: Part-time conversation instructor, natives only please.

Location: Line 4, Geumjeong Station, Exit 5 (right outside the exit)

Start: March 2015

Times: 6:30-7:20am, 7:30-8:20am (20x a month)

Days: Monday through Friday

Term: A minimum commitment of 4 months.

Compensation: 800,000 won per month (400,000 x 2 classes)

Benefits: No insurance, housing, etc.

Class size: 12 students to as few as 5.

Student level: advanced

Notes: An Skype interview will conducted with our native speaker manager, followed by a proper interview at the institute.

2. SATURDAY MORNING CONVERSATION TEACHER at our flagship branch

Position: Part-time conversation instructor, natives only please.

Location: Line 4, Geumjeong Station, Exit 5 (right outside the exit)

Start: March 2015

Times: 10am-1pm (4x/month)

Days: Saturday

Term: A minimum commitment of 4 months.

Compensation: 300,000 per month, increased to 400,000 won after two months if there are over 10 students.

Benefits: No insurance, housing, etc.

Class size: 12 students to as few as 5.

Student level: intermediate-to-advanced

Notes: An Skype interview will conducted with our native speaker manager, followed by a proper interview at the institute.

3. BUSINESS ENGLISH CLASS at MYEONGHAK

Position: Business English teacher at a Korean company's office

Location: Line 1, Myeonghak Station, five minute walk from the station

Start: April 2015

Times: 8am to 9am

Days: Monday and Wednesday (re-scheduling possible)

Term: A minimum commitment of 3 months; the full term is through December.

Compensation: 40,000 won per hour, increased to 45,000 per hour after three months.

Benefits: No insurance, housing, etc.

Class size: 7-8 students

Student level: intermediate

Notes: An Skype interview will conducted with our native speaker manager, followed by a proper interview at the institute.

4. BUSINESS ENGLISH PRIVATE LESSON at HOKYE-DONG

Position: Business English teacher at a Korean company's office

Location: Line 4, Pyeongchon Station, 10 minutes from the station by bus.

Start: March 2015

Times: 7:30am to 8:30am

Days: Tuesday and Thursday

Term: A minimum commitment of 3 months; the full term is through December.

Compensation: 40,000 won per hour, increased to 45,000 per hour after three months.

Benefits: No insurance, housing, etc.

Class size: one-one-one

Student level: advanced

Notes: An Skype interview will conducted, followed by a proper interview at the institute.

5. BUSINESS ENGLISH CLASS at BEOMGYE/INDEOKWON

Position: Business English teacher at a Korean company's office

Location: Line 4, in between Beomgye and Indeogwon Stations.

Start: March 2015

Times: 8am to 9am

Days: Wednesday and Friday

Term: A minimum commitment of 3 months; the full term is through December.

Compensation: 45,000 won per hour

Benefits: No insurance, housing, etc.

Class size: 4 businesswomen

Student level: intermediate

Notes: An Skype interview will conducted, followed by a proper interview at the institute.
