You will receive comprehensive training from an experienced teacher in our school, so you will be familiar with our syllabus and ready to perform when class time comes. In addition, we keep class sizes small, so you can fully engage each and every student. Our experienced team of teaching assistants also aid our teachers during class hours, which provides an excellent system for teachers and parents alike to monitor the progress of students and establishes clear lines of communication. Furthermore, we recognize and respect that our teachers have a life outside of work. Therefore, we provide our teachers with a stable schedule, which allows them to plan their free time effectively.

Package:
1. Monthly Salary: 13000RMB (2000USD)
2. Contract completion bonus: 10000RMB (including flight allowance)
3. Accommodation: No accommodation will be provided for the teacher by the school. However, the school will assist the teacher to find suitable accommodation.
4. Teaching Hours: A maximum of 24 teaching hours per week. If you want to teach more hours you'll receive a higher hourly rate for overtime.
5. Office Hours: A maximum of 10 office hours per week
6. Class Duration: Kindergarten level classes are one hour, while primary school level classes are two hours.
7. Class Schedules: While every teacher's schedule may be different, lessons will take place on weekdays between 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and on weekends between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
8. Two days off every week!
9. All Chinese holidays paid!
10.Airport pick up.
11. Insurance: Accident and emergency medical insurance provided by school.
12. Overtime Pay Rate: 200RMB per hour
13. Visa: Z-Visa and Residence Permit paid for by the school.

Requirements:
1. Native English speakers from UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
2. A Bachelors Degree.
3. A passion for teaching younger children and an energetic personality is a MUST.
4. Willing to sign a minimum one-year contract.
5. TESL / TEFL
