Position 1 Primary School Principal and Kindergarten Principal in Beijing

Job Responsibilities:

Plan operations for the development of K12 school. 
Oversee teacher training, curriculum development, and intra-departmental cooperation. 
Train domestic school education courses. Combine personal experience and OCEG standards to provide assessment and guidance to the school. 
Instruct and train the school teaching and management staff. 
Research and compare K12 curriculum from different countries. 
Develop OCEG curriculum and promote the curriculum with the team.

Job Qualifications: 
Degree in education or relevant professional bachelors degree. 
At least five years of education experience, more than two years of international primary school management experience. 
Familiarity with the mainstream direction of international education and K12 education abroad. Good oral communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English. 
Having domestic IB teaching or management experience is preferred.
