Position: ESL Teacher - Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China

Department: Regional Centers of METEN SHENZHEN 
(Futian/Longhua/Nanshan/Bao'an/Luohu/Longgang District)

Responsibilities: 
• Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students. 
• Make corresponding learning plan according to the level of each student. 
• Be responsible for teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc. 
• Fulfill one to one teaching and take proper ways based on the different situation of each student as well as their requirements.

Requirements: 
• Native English speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland 
• Bachelors degree or above. 
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificates (120 hours or above) 
• Related teaching experience preferred 
• The candidate should be motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching as well as living in a foreign country.

Compensation: 
• Competitive basic salary 14,000-20,000 RMB/month+ teaching bonus 
• Quarterly incentive bonus 25,00 RMB or so 
• Accommodation allowance 3,000-4000RMB/month 
• International airfare allowance 8,000 RMB/yr, including flight reimbursement up to 4000rmb upon arrival. 
• Reimbursed work visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees. 
• Comprehensive medical and accidental insurance. 
• 10 days paid annual leave plus 12 days public holiday/per year, two days off/week. 
• 7 nights' hotel accommodation upon arrival and assistance in apartment hunting.
