Pre-school ESL Teacher Needed in Hangzhou

I. Qualifications
a) Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa
b) Major in early childhood education or other related field preferred
c) Two years kids teaching experience strongly preferred, TESOL certification is a plus.
d) Age between 24-40
e) Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position.

II. Job Descriptions
a) Student age: 1.5-3 years old
b) Class size: 8-15 students,
c) Working hours: 9:30-12:00am, nursery class (up to 15 students), 14:30-17:30pm, early education class(up to 8 students), two and half hours break at noon time
d) Monday and Tuesday off, working from Wednesday to Sunday
e) Class teaching, preparation and relative work
f) Accomplish assignments allocated by teaching manager
g) Attending trainings, meetings and company activities
h) Student activities
i) Parents meetings
j) Continuously learning up-to-date class and self-created class and improving
k) Maintain good relationship with class member and their parents

III. Compensation
a) Basic Salary: 17,000-20,000 RMB/month
b) Housing allowance: 3,000 RMB/month
c) 5,000RMB reimbursement for document authentications, including: work visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees
d) Flight Ticket Reimbursement for 1st year: 3,000-6,000 RMB
e) Contract renewal bonus: 5,000RMB
f) Medical and Accident Insurance provided
g) Up to 5 days free hotel provided to settle down in the city
h) Free upfront flight ticket for recent graduates in 2018/2019: Optional
i) 11 days public holiday/year, Christmas off, around 3 weeks winter vacation
j) On-going training and professional development
