Salary: 10K-14K RMB/month AFTER TAX 
Accommodation Allowance: 2k RMB/month (in addition to Salary) 
Floating Salary: 800-1,500 RMB/month 
Performance Bonus (Normal): 300-800 RMB/month 
Performance Bonus (July-Aug Peak): 600-1,600 RMB/month 
Flight Allowance: 11,250 per Annum (4,500 paid at 6th month; 6,750 paid at end of contract) 
Annual Leave: 12 days per Annum + Chinese Public Holidays 
Aetna Insurance: 5,115 per Annum (paid by the school to Aetna Insurance) 
New Teacher Referral: 2,000 RMB 
Re-sign Bonus: 2,000 RMB for first year; 3,000 for second year; 5,000 RMB for third year

Basic Requirements: 
• Education 
College degree or above, major in English/Education is preferred. 
• Certification 
Teacher training certification (TESOL/TESL/TEFL) 
• Contract Length 
• The ability to live abroad for at least one year. 
• Citizenship 
Native speakers from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa. Non-native speakers with excellent accent are also given high consideration. WE WANT YOU~!
