Primary ESL Teacher Needed for September 2015

We are a private boarding school located in Linyi county, around 20 minutes from Yuncheng in Shanxi province.Yuncheng is connected to the high speed rail network and Xi'an can be reached in an hour.

We are looking for an English teacher to teach our Primary level students (Grades 1 to 6). We operate a four day working week, one week
Tuesday to Friday inclusive, the next Monday to Thursday inclusive. Classes are 45 minutes duration and our working day is 0820 to 1720 with a break for lunch at 1200-1445.

We do not schedule foreign teachers lessons at night or at weekends except on very rare occasions in which case ample notice will be given.

You will teach 22 classes per week. You will have a teaching assistant to assist you during your classes.

We are looking for someone to begin at the beginning of next semester that is from 10th September 2015. If you are already in China and onan appropriate visa we can offer you free accommodation during the summer whilst we transfer your visa to us. Your contract will end on 30th June 2016.

Salary is 7,100rmb per month. You will be provided with an 8,000rmb flight allowance in addition to a 2,000rmb travelling allowance at the end of your contract.

Full salary will be paid for July and August the following year should you elect to renew your contract with us for another year. Full salary is also paid during the Spring Festival vacation.

We provide a free on site apartment, free utilities, internet and three meals a day during school term time.

We are fully licensed with SAFEA to provide working visas and an FEC certificate. We can only accept applications from candidates holdingpassports from USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand. You must be aged between 24 and 55.

In addition we require you to hold a degree in any field, and at least two years experience in teaching or a minimum of 120 hours TEFL training. You will need to provide an original copy of your degree and a certificate of no criminal convictions as part of the application process.
