Compensation & Benefits

• Free working lunch
• Economy flight fee provided from designated city to Qingdao after probation, with receipt provided by the employee
• Economy flight fee provided from Qingdao to designated point origin at the expiration of the contract, with receipt provided by the employee
• 2,500 RMB house allowance per month for new teachers, 3,000 RMB house allowance per month for returning teachers
• 1/3 month salary of the first month and 3,000 RMB to assist new staff with relocation to Qingdao allowance for the foreign teacher of new arrival Qingdao, provided upon arrival 
• Free educational services for 2 of the employee’s children. Costs for school books, meals, transportation, school uniforms, stationery and other required items normally paid by the employees (currently about 10,000 RMB per year）
• 8 days paid sick leave all year at maximum
• Health insurance
• Free school bus on weekdays
• Visa application and physical examination fees incurred in China with the evidence
• A Work (Z) Visa will be provided

 
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Native English speaker
• Bachelor's degree or above
• TEFL/TESOL certificate
• Non-criminal background check
• Candidates for a domestic work transfer with Z visa preferred
