QUALIFICATIONS for the new teachers:

• One year contract at least
• English speaker (Native English Speaker Prefer red)
• No requirement on degree or teaching expe rience,but you will get more if you have
• Formal teaching qualifications are desirable,  but not strictly required
• Aged from 20-40 years old

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• 2-12 years old students
• 40hours/week,including teaching hours and office&nb sp;hours,two days off
• less than 15 students per class
• Chinese assistant
• Advanced teaching equipment
• Complete curriculum system 

SALARY PACKAGE

• 8500~10000rmb monthly after tax
• 3000rmb per month as the house allowance& nbsp;for the position in Beijing
• 35/50/80 teaching rate/hour 
• TEFL provided for the position in Beijing
• 6000rmb for the bonus after finish one&nb sp;year contract
• Working visa provide as long as you  are qualified for the working visa requiremen t or F visa 
• 10000 rmb airfare allowance after one yea r contract
• 5 days in Beijing for free training,be&nb sp;paid
• 15 days for free hotels
• Free airport pick
• Paid public holidays
