Primary/elementary School ESL Teachers Needed in Wuxi, Jiangsu

Job Description: 
To provide a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program that encourages all students to develop their academic potential.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: 
• Prepare and deliver rigorous and well-planned instructional activities. 
• Meet course and school-wide student performance goals. 
• Use relevant technology to support instruction. 
• Create positive educational climate for students to learn in. 
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development. 
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by invoking approved disciplinary procedures. 
• Participate in school’s professional development and parent meetings. 
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: 
• Native speakers from UK, US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand 
• Bachelor’s Degree or above 
• Teaching experience preferred, but not required 
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills 
• Creative, flexible and innovative team player 
• Strong organization, problem solving and analytical skills

Compensation/Benefits: 
• Up to 20,000 RMB/month (after tax) contingent upon relevant experience, degree status, certification, and other factors
