Private Kindergarten Teachers

Introduction

US-China Business & Culture Exchange, Inc. has been appointed as a recruitment agency by Mengyang Kindergarten to recruit teachers from the United States to the school in China. Our duties and responsibilities are to conduct hiring process from application reviews, application screening, job interview, placement, and any other related matters. Our job interview session will be conducted through Skype. The contract of employment will be signed between the successful candidate and the school.

Mengyang Kindergarten is a private Kindergarten which is located in Baoding, Hebei province. It only takes 45 minutes high speed train to Beijing, the capital of China. Mengyang Kindergarten was established in October 2011 and aims to provide high-quality international education and nursery. This kindergarten spans an area of 9600 square meters with vast indoor facilities for both education and physical activities. Mengyang has 18 classrooms each fully equipped to educate 20 kids. Its four-story configuration, in addition to boasting new classrooms, also contains a basketball court, slides, and inflatables for student use.

In March 2013, Mengyang kindergarten has invested RMB 50 million to improve its infrastructure and facilities. Using Singapore's international education system and hiring top-quality foreign teachers, Mengyang kindergarten brings high quality childhood education with international standards.

Job Requirements:

a. Abide by Chinese laws and the school’s regulations; Agree with the school’s educational culture

b. Passionate for teaching, committed to development of education and professionalism

c. Commit to self-evaluation and self-improvement

d. Minimum Bachelor education degree

e. Minimum two years teaching experience

f. With Teacher Certificate preferred

g. Teachers from English speaking countries preferred

Compensation & Benefits

a. Monthly salary is RMB6000 -- RMB8,000, including insurance, on a basis of one (1)-year contract

b. Housing (furnished single room with private bathroom)

c. Paid national holidays

d. International flight tickets will be reimbursed upon the completion of one(1)-year contract with well-recognized performance
