01) Job Profile

Maximum of 120 hours a month
 (30 teaching hours per week (no office hours).

Class size: maximum of 15 students per class.

Student age: 5 – 16 year olds.


Lesson plans and activities provided.

Weekend classes with 2 days off during the weekdays.

02) Compensation

Starting salary of 20 000 RMB - 32 000 RMB per month (after tax). 

4000 RMB housing allowance / stipdend per month (after tax)

4000 RMB contract completetion bonus after 1 year contract (after tax)

6000 RMB flight allowance after 1 year (after tax)

14 days paid personal leave

National Chinese holidays fully paid

Legal Z visa provided + ALL visa expenses reimbursed.

Comprehensive Health Insurance provided

On boarding services provided (eg. finding a house, SIM, bank account etc)

Paid training

Hotel accomodation provided

03) Requirements 

Bachelor's degree or above required.

TESOL/TEFL certificate (120 hours plus preferred)

Native English Speaker 

Clean Criminal record check.
