About SDE International

Since our establishment, we have been committed to attracting the most talented and diligent education professionals and placing them in China's best schools. We directly employ our teachers and assist them with all aspects of their on-boarding and employment in China. We fully comply with immigration laws and national employment standards, and we are sponsored and certified by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. 

We are looking for college graduates who are interested in living, working, and traveling abroad. The most qualified candidates have a sense of adventure and are open to exploring different cultures, languages, and foreign environments as they spend a year or more overseas in China. 

 After carefully selecting our candidates, we ensure their transition to living and working abroad is smooth. We provide bilingual caseworkers to help our candidates get settled in China as they arrive. We also arrange Mandarin Chinese courses for interested teachers in order to enhance our teachers' experiences living in China and educator training sessions to contribute to their professional development while they live and work abroad.

Public, Private, and Training Schools

Responsibilities

• Monday to Friday classes with evenings and weekends off
• Maximum 18-25 lessons per week (40 minutes per lesson)
• Deliver learner-centered, engaging lessons to students
• Ensure equal participation of all students
• Attend school activities, parties, and other events

Salary and Benefits

• 13,000 to 20,000 RMB monthly net income
• Paid upfront flight or 5-10k RMB flight allowance
• TEFL reimbursement (if going through recommended program)
• Social and accident insurance provided
• Weekly Chinese lessons

Requirements 

1. Bachelor's degree or above 
2. Two or more years teaching experience (or 120 hour TEFL)
3. Clean criminal record (no misdemeanors or felonies)
4. Good physical and mental health
