Public University Teaching Job in Kaifeng, Henan

A Public university named Kaifeng University in Henan province is looking for an experienced university teacher to teach general English for the spring semester commencing from March 1,2015.

We prefer a female teacher under 55 yrs old, but male teachers are also welcome to apply.

A clear voice with a neutral accent is important, being culturally aware and adaptable is also required .

Kaifeng was once the capital of the Northern Song Dynasty. There are currently nearly 5 million people living in its metropolitan area.

Located along the southern bank of the Yellow River, it borders with Zhengzhou, Xinxiang and Shangqiu, and it has many historical attractions.

We will offer

-A base monthly salary 6000RMB for 12classesw/week with Monday to Friday schedule . no office hrs.

We will pay 60-70RMB per class for additional classes which means you can make 7000-8000RMB monthly for 16classes/week.

We are looking for :

-A native English speaker willing to sign up to an 11 month contract. You have to hold passport from USA/CAN/UK/CAD/AUS.

-Experience in teaching English, preferably EFL overseas.

-University degree and 2 years teaching experience is also required.
