Rainbow Reading Center (wuhan) Needs 6 ESL Teachers
Rainbow Reading Center (Wuhan, China) are seeking native English speaking teachers from England, Australia, Canada and New Zealand who have a responsible, mature outlook and can teach with passion!
We are now hiring teachers for adult classes, for September, October and November, who will lesson plan, set/grade homework, and contribute to course development. Teachers work in comfortable air conditioned classrooms, teaching 1 to 12 students per class. We offer our staff and students use of our cafe, book, DVD bar, and movie theater.
Three major shopping malls, restaurants (Chinese and Western) and major bus routes are 5 minutes from the center.
The company pays for * Working Visa * Foreign Experts Card * Medical Certificate
* A private apartment, usually 2 bedrooms, or apartment allowance of RMB 1000 per month.
* Apartments are equipped with air conditioning, TV, microwave and basic furniture.
* Electricity paid to a maximum of RMB 200 per calendar month.
* Starting salary, RMB 4000, rising to RMB 5000 after a successful 3 month probation period.
* Salaries are reviewed quarterly, and can rise up to RMB 500 per quarter.
* A minimum of 70 class hours per month, with a bonus of RMB 50 for every class hour over the minimum level. One class hour is 50 minutes for adult classes.
* Profit share after probationary period.
* 22 days paid holiday per year.
* Paid sick leave, maternity / paternity leave, marriage and funeral leave.
* An end of contract bonus of one month's salary is paid to subsidize the cost of a return air ticket based on the final months salary.

Twelve (12) months or more teaching experience is preferred; but not essential, however enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism and a passion for teaching are a must! Male and female teachers are welcome to apply, though ladies are most welcome at this time.
