Candidates should:
1. Be a native English speaker or non-native with an excellent command of English
2. Hold a Bachelor's degree or above
3. Be at least 22 years old (government regulations for working visas)
4. Have at least 2 years of full-time work experience (government regulations for working visas)

1. Basic Salary ranging from 15,000-20,000 RMB + a teaching hour subsidy payment (salary varies depending on experience, educational qualifications and language proficiency)
