Recruiting "native English" Online ESL Teachers for China

Fluency Tutors is based out of Vancouver, BC Canada.  We are an online ESL teacher recruitment and training company partnering with ESL Education companies globally.

We are currently recruiting native English teachers to teach online ESL lessons. Positions are available now and ongoing for 2017/2018. 

NOTE: Please provide your PHOTO as per requirements below and SKYPE ID in order to be set up for pre-screening. 

Teaching Schedule:
Lesson times are approximately 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (China time) 
Note:  Please pay careful attention when converting your time zone difference. 

Benefits:

Pay rate: $13 - $18 USD per hour (paid monthly)
One on One or Small Group

Mandatory Requirements:

SKYPE ID and photo (plain background, business casual, happy disposition)

Bachelor’s Degree

Positive attitude and passion for teaching English to young learners

Happy teachers that maintain punctuality and responsibility through a 100% commitment to the Teaching Schedule (above)

Secure, reliable internet connection

Windows 7 Operating System or higher (most schools use systems not compatible with MAC)

Preferred but not required:

TESOL / TESL / TEFL Certification
