Recruiting Teachers for the 2016 School Year in Nanjing
Shane English School in Nanjing is now recruiting teachers for the 2016 school year. Shane English is a well-known English training school with branches throughout China and Southeast Asia. The Nanjing branch recently celebrated its eighth anniversary.
At Shane English we offer competitive salary and contract. A first-year teacher earns 10,000 ~ 12,000 RMB a month teaching 22 hours per week. We provide raises and increases to bonuses and vacation days for staff returning for a second year.
We use our own time-tested teaching methods and materials to instruct our students. All of our teachers are expected to use our process to instuct students and to bring enthusiasm and new ideas to the classroom in order to create a conducive learning environment.
We have a high commitment to excellence. We ask that all of our teachers hold a bachelor¡¯s degree from an accredited institution, a TEFL or CELTA, and teaching experience (flexible). Of paramount importance is that the teacher is passionate about teaching children and helping to develop and nurture young minds. Living arrangements our handled by the school (a housing stipend is included in the salary) and we also help our English teachers set up a phone, get a bus card, pay utility bills, buy train tickets and book hotels, anything to make your time in Nanjing more comfortable.
Shane English School in Nanjing has 4 locations throughout the city. Nanjing, the former capital of China for six dynasties, is a perfect hybrid of big city and traditional Chinese culture: English teachers looking to immerse themselves in the language and/or culture of China will have the opportunity to explore Nanjing¡¯s boundless history and chat with the friendly local people. On the other hand, Nanjing is quickly modernizing; there is a plethora of foreign restaurants, bars and shopping centres conveniently located in the city. If you want to take advantage of your weekends and travel, Nanjing has two railway stations and an airport; Shanghai is 1.5 hours away by bullet train and Beijing is only 3.5 hours away.
