Rmb 20,000/month for a World & American History Teacher at International School

We are an international high school in Qibao, Shanghai preparing students to go to the U.S. We have two positions available: World and American History teachers. The candidates must be reliable, motivated, and patient, with experience teaching American high school history.

Details:

1. Students: Grades 9-12

2. Period: One year contract

3. The number of students in a class: 10-25

4. Classes: 20 periods per week

5. Working days: Monday to Friday; Working time: 8am to 5pm Fridays 8am-4pm

Requirements:

1. Native speakers from US, UK, Canada

2. Bachelor degree or above

3. Applicants with more than 2 years full time history teaching experience

4. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA

5. Teachers with American or British Teacher certificate are urged to apply.

Benefits:

1. Salary: RMB 16,000- 20,000/month

2. Paid holidays: all national holidays and winter vacation

3. Airfare: Roundtrip flight reimbursement (upon completion of contract)

4. RMB 10,000 year end bonus (upon completion of contract)

5. A work visa (Z-visa) and a foreign certificate will be provided for you.

6. Summer courses also available with additional pay.
