Job Summary

Requirements:

Minimum Education/Experience/Skills, Bachelor degree and/or above. 
English must be the native language. 
Good English pronunciation with no strong accent. 
Be responsible and caring about students. 
2 years of successful classroom teaching experience.

Job Duties

1.Teaching ESL--- English as a Second Language 
2 Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development 
3.Supervising test and exams and giving level tests 
4.Assisting with administration including intake and placement of students and recording attendance 
5. Counseling students 
6. Participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s) 
7. Participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school 
8. Participating at promotional and marketing activities organized by the school 
9. Attending all scheduled meeting where his/her presence is required unless those meetings occur during the Employee’s holiday or the Employee’s day off 
10. Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and our school in his/her working hours. 
11. The basic duties are: private classes, salon classes, English corners, Kids’ classes free talks, ECA’S, marketing activities or demo classes, lectures, remote training inside or outside the city.

2 The highest degree certificate，must get authentication of diploma from Chinese Embassy 
3.Physical Examination Record for Foreigner 
4. Evidence of working experience 
5.Evidence of No Criminal Record 
6. Copies of Passport（First page、Date of entry page recently、VISA page、Residence permit page）

The minimum length of the contract: (at least one year)

Extra Bonus:

Accommodation and winter heating fee are paid by school.

The Employee can have extra 7 days paid holiday but needs to give the employer 14 days notice in advance for taking the holiday and the employer can separate the holiday due to the fluctuation of the flexible timetable.

Flight allowance:2000 RMB/Year

Bonus for good teaching feedback: 300RMB-800RMB/Month
