Seeking Experienced Early Years or Early Elementary Homeroom Teachers (Pre-K and Reception) - Genuine RMB 14,000 - 24,000/mth

We are recruiting highly experienced early years teachers or teachers with homeroom experience at very early elementary age for our early years center in Chengdu.

Seeking:

Full time ESL/PYP teachers teachers (September start)

Full-time pre-kindergarten PYP Teachers (September Start)

Compensation Package

Experienced ESL teachers

RMB 14-18000 /mth depending on experience with young children

Qualified experienced early years teachers (bachelors or above in early years education)

RMB 18-24000 /mth strictly per experience and qualifications

Experienced PYP teachers

RMB 2-4000 above base salary

- individual 2 bedroom furnished housing provided

- basic accident and injury insurance

- 7-8 weeks annual holidays (fixed times)

- RMB 3000 signing bonus

- 1 month salary at year end (to defray travel and moving expenses)

Our requirements are as follows:

All applicants

* Applicants from countries that can be awarded a working visa in China

* At least 3 years experience teaching preschool and kindergarten age

* Good cooperative working skills

* Professional work ethic

* Adaptable to change

* Willing to learn

Qualified Teachers

* Bachelors degree or above in early years or elementary education

* Certification to teach in state schools or early years in home country

* MUST have at least 2-3 years full-time work experience as a teacher

ESL/PYP teachers

* At least one year as a homeroom teacher

* Extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of teaching practices

PLEASE NOTE we DO NOT accept EFL, ESOL, or other qualifications of less than 250 hours

We may acccept applications from teachers with an MA in TESOL and early years experience as a qualified teacher

Golden Apple runs 32 kindergartens, a children's English school and an elementary school throughout Chengdu in Sichuan province China. However, we have two early years centers that are providing the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. This is a programme used by over 5000 international schools around the world and may open up a huge range of future professional development opportunities for qualified teachers.

We have an excellent reputation for treating our foreign teachers well and currently have over 50 overseas teachers in our various schools. On average our teachers stay for 3 years and sometimes up to 9 or 10 years so we must be doing something right.
