Guest English Teacher 03/2010 – 03/2012
I was responsible for lead teaching of English lessons, preparing lesson plans and creating classroom materials. I monitored learning progression with speaking tests which I held twice a semester. I implemented and maintained classroom rules. I also helped to design and implement incentives, including a team project to develop English worksheets which were distributed throughout every school district in Busan. I supervised students on field trips, school events, and hosted competitions and games. In addition to student teaching, I held weekly conversation classes that were open to all faculty and staff.

• Raised school's overall performance in English
• Created and implemented several highly successful student incentives and competitions
• Consistently attained top marks in open-class assessments of my teaching, including 100%
