Seoul Private institute for mid-Nov (female teacher) + Now interviewing for spring public schools in Busan, Incheon, Ulsan, Gyeonggido and Jeollanamdo
Greetings Teachers,
Canadian Connection (http://www.canconx.com) is an educational consulting agency based out of Toronto which recruits teachers for ESL positions in public schools, private institutes, and companies. We are currently looking for 1 female teacher for one of our private institutes in Seoul for mid-November. We've also started interviewing for all of our public school positions for next year with start dates in February, March, April, August and October.

Private Institute position for mid November
Location: Seoul (Daebang area)
Start Date: mid-November
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Classroom Hours: 30 teaching hours per week.
Vacation: 10 days + national holidays and all weekends
Salary: 2,300,000 Korean won per month + bonuses offered for teacher evaluation awards and a vacation allowance
Severance Bonus: 1 month salary
School Type: kindergarten/elementary
Housing: non-shared housing supplied, schools pay rent, teachers cover util.
Airfare: One way ticket airfare is reimbursed after arrival and one way ticket home is given before the end of the contract
Contract Length: 1 year with option to renew
Preferences: Female teacher majoring in English or Education with some experience
Note: Videos and photos of school available + current teacher contacts
Additionally, we are now interviewing applicants for all of our public school positions for both semesters in 2013. We have contracts directly with school boards so you will know where you are going prior to departure
Various Public Schools
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00
Classroom Hours: 20 to 22 teaching hours per week.
Vacation: 3-4 weeks + national holidays and all weekends
Salary: 1,800,000 to 2,500,000 Korean won per month Current Exchange Rates
Settlement Allowance: 300,000 Won
Severance Bonus: 1 month salary
School Type: Elementary, Junior High, and High School
Housing: non-shared housing supplied, schools pay rent, teachers cover util.
Airfare: Entrance allowance of 1,300,000 Korean Won when you arrive in Korea to cover your airfare and an Exit Allowance of 1,300,000 Korean Won to cover your airfare before you leave Korea at the end of your contract.
Start dates: February, March, April , August, September and November with a one week orientation
Contract Length: 1 calendar year with an option to renew for additional years
Locations: various cities and towns throughout the country, both metro and rural, including Busan, Incheon, and Ulsan metropolitan cities along with spots in Gyeonggi and Jeollanam province.
Preferences: Applicants that hold a bachelors degree not majoring in English or Education will need to complete a TESL or TEFL certificate of 100 hours or more and schools prefer courses that include at least 20 hours of in class instruction
And we also have more private institutes available for February and March of 2013
