The Teaching
The majority of our students are young learners aged from 3 to 14 years old. Teacher training and support is a key element of Shane teaching. We conduct a one week training program at the start of your contract. We do provide, and at times require, on-going professional development; including workshops, seminars and class observations from your Academic Manager.
Typically, during nights and weekends, teachers are based at a main language centre. During weekdays, they may also travel to local kindergarten or elementary schools to teach, with the assistance of the children’s regular class teacher.

Requirements
1. Candidates MUST be CELTA qualified or equivalent
2. Native level of English- We are open to high level non-native speakers, however, native is preferred. We may accept near-native speakers from Europe, the Americas, and Russia.
3. A graduate (with a full university degree)
4. 2 years life or teaching experience necessary
5. Sociable, positive and hard working
6. Culturally inquisitive
7. Looking for a challenge
Pay and Benefits are as follows
· Monthly salary: 11,000-14,000 RMB per month for 20 teaching hours per week.
· Excess/ Over time hours (20 teaching hours +) based on hourly rate of salary
· End of contract bonus (3,000RMB )
· Outside of Beijing-Free accommodation for positions or an accommodation allowance if the teacher prefers.

· 10 days paid holidays on top of statutory national days
