Shanghai, China Full Time Training Center (children)

We are hiring an academic manager for our language school in Shanghai to start in July, 2016. If you are a motivated and ambitious teacher who is able to take challenges, we would like to see your application.

Academic Manager Duties:

* Providing mentor ship for teachers and students;

* Providing leadership;

* Maintaining a good relationship with parents and the community;

* Communicating with parents ones in a while about students progress;

* Following the school's administration policies;

* Being the liaison between Chinese management and foreign teachers;

* Attendance at mandatory meetings, training's, and participation in all school activities;

* Supervise and discipline teachers;

* Helping to organize and coordinate school activities (Halloween event, Christmas, Easter, etc. );

* Providing help and consultation to foreign teachers to cope with the job;

* Creating a positive environment for teachers and staff;

* Inspire curiosity, thinking, interaction, and discussion on teaching materials;

* Design and implement improvement plans for struggling teachers;

Requirements:

* Native English speaker;

* Bachelor Degree;

* TEFL/TESOL;

* No criminal record;

* Clear Medical history;

* Previous childcare and teaching experience;

* Previous leadership/management experience;

* Capable with Microsoft office and touch screen technology;

Benefits:

* The salary is 18000 RMB-19000 RMB per month before tax depending on your qualification and teaching performance;

Salary: 18000 CNY(RMB) to 19000 CNY(RMB) Monthly
Housing: 4000 RMB as monthly housing allowance(on provision of invoice)
