International school in Shanghai, Songjiang district, seeking A-level Subject teachers to start on August 27th

Responsibilities: 
-Deliver high quality subject lessons to students in the sixth form (A Level) school, including Physics, Chemistry, Arts, Math, Economics, English 
-Prepare relevant lesson plans and course/subject materials 
-Use a variety of delivery methods that will stimulate learning appropriate to student needs and the demands of the Cambridge curriculum 
-Work with colleagues in supporting the delivery of subjects content in a bilingual learning environment 
-Develop resources, support teaching programs and deliver on a number of courses as required 
-Support the achievement of annual targets for learner retention and success rates

Compensation: 
-13,000-15,000 RMB monthly salary (before tax) for English teachers 
-16,000-18,000 RMB monthly salary (before tax) for Subject teachers 
-3,000 RMB housing allowance 
-5,000 RMB flight annual flight allowance 
-Half paid winter vacation. No summer vacation pay. 
-Full tuition coverage for teacher’s children 
-Full onboard training (including academic and life) 
-Insurance provided 
-Legal work (Z) visa provided 
-Career ladder opportunity to work in school’s affiliated UK based sites

Requirements: 
- Native English speaker from UK since it’s an international school cooperated with UK schools 
- Bachelor’s degree or above 
- 120 hours or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA certification 
- More than 2 years relevant teaching experience preferred
