Shanghai, Jinmao Tower! English Teachers Wanted

Position x 2: 
1 x Kindergarten Foreign English Teacher (ages 18months – 3 years) 
1x Kindergarten Foreign English Teacher (ages 3 years – 6 years)

Location: Shanghai, Pudong, Jinmao Tower 
Working hours: Full time Monday – Friday (8am – 4:30pm)

Job description

 Provide quality English lessons to children age 3-6 or 0-3, according to Montessori curriculum (preferred) or ESL curriculum. 
 Participate in classroom management including preparing the classroom teaching environment and safety in the classroom and on the playground. 
 25 contact hours with children per week. 
 Prepare individual lesson plans for children, record the children’s progress and provide feedback to parents. 
 Prepare monthly culture theme plans with other Montessori teachers including presentations of the 
circle and also making props. 
 Attend classroom meeting and participate in discussing individual lesson plans. 
 Maintain a suitable English learning environment while adhering to Montessori principles 
. 
Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree 
 Native English Speaker 
 TEFL/TESOL certification 
 Two years teaching experience with recommendation letter 
 Montessori experience or willingness to become Montessori qualified (preferred) 
 Cooperative, with good communication skills 
 Outgoing, creative, friendly, patient and caring personality 
 Good professional image and mentality, diligent, responsible 
 No criminal record 
Compensation 
 Salary: RMB 20K-25K (after tax) 
 Paid holidays + statutory public holidays.

 Round flight ticket reimbursed after each year of service.
