Now EB is looking for 2 ESL teachers with experience teaching younger learners (They must have a passion for drama) full time.

The ideal candidate will: 
-Have a strong background in teaching young learners (age 6-12) 
-have a background in drama, musical or the performing arts 
-have proven classroom management skills with preschool- primary school students 
-be passionate and have a creative personality 
-be a proficient user of a standard English

EB offers: 
-A net salary of 20,000 to 25,000 RMB, according to experience and commitment 
-3-month probation 10% salary increase after probation 
-flight allowance (RMB8,000) 
-6 days’ paid annual leave plus all Chinese public holidays 
-accident and medical insurance 
-training and support for teaching 
-assistance with resettlement

Responsibilities include: 
-teaching average 24 hours per week （work days Wednesday to Sunday) 
-teaching Creative Drama courses with English as medium of instruction 
-teaching English to enhance students' reading level 
-directing and guiding class play 
-recording and reporting on course contents and student performance 
-adhering to high standards of professional conduct
