Successful candidates are able to choose one base from more than 40 branch schools spread in 14 cities throughout China.

TEFL, CELTA or TESOL Certificates are not necessary, free TEFL Training with certificate will be provided.

1. Regular Duties

(1) Teach the assigned classes according to the instructions stipulated in the Employees Handbook (The assigned classes include but not limited to: VIP Course, Private Course, Activity Course, Selective Course, Mastering Pronunciation Class, Conversation Class, Social Talking, Open Class/Demo Class, Corporate Placement/Corporate Class, Substitute Class and On-line Class.);

(2) Study & understand the Meten teaching philosophy. Observe and comment on other classes. Prepare lessons, make suggestions and help improve the existing curriculum when necessary;

(3) Keep students' attendance record;

(4) Perform assignments designated by the Employer during "office hours". The assignments are: Mandatory meetings and workshops, training programs, volunteering promotional or marketing activities, ECAs (Extra Curricular activities), student counseling (upgrade oral test or placement test) and class preparation;

2. Teaching and Research

(1) Participate in the regular meetings for teaching and research. Share knowledge and teaching skills with other teachers.

(2) Organize or participate in some activities related to teaching and research. Communicate with coworkers in our & other departments.

3. Coordinating work

(1) Coordinate and assist our coworkers in our & different departments to help the whole workflow to be successful.

4. Reporting your work

(1) Report what you have done in your job to your supervisor and manager regularly. Make sure that the report is authentic, detailed and precise. .
