Student Counselor Wanted in Suzhou

Our international school in Suzhou is looking for a student counselor who can offer guidance to students in overseas studies plans and help them get enrolled in the best universities after graduation from high school in China.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Provides professional overseas studies counseling services to meet the needs of students .

• Communicate and Consults with, parents, professors, and other to assist in meeting the needs of students.

• Be accessible and available to students to respond to their questions and concerns

• Clarify policies, regulations, procedures and information on examinations and overseas studies..

• Maintain professional integrity, confidentiality, respect, and sensitivity in advising

• Respect students’individual needs and diversity

• Assist students to independently monitor their progress toward achieving their career goals

Required Qualifications & Experience

Native English speaker

• Demonstrated ability to efficiently and effectively counsel students

• 2-3 years of experience in students counseling preferably in educational setting.

• Bachelor degree in students counseling or master/bachelor in Education, student counseling or any other relevant field is preferred.

Benefits:

1. Salary : 15000 RMB per month, 8:30am-5 PM , Monday to Friday schedule
