Summer Camp Teachers Wanted July 11 - July 24, 2013 - Yangzhou City
July 11th- July 24th, 2013
This is our 10th International English Summer Camp held on our school campus and we're looking for International Teachers to spend two weeks with our students to help them use as much English as possible and HAVE FUN while doing so!
Our students are Chinese Elementary School students ranging from 8 – 12 organised into classes based on their grades. Because we limit the class sizes to be 20 or less, we are looking for new teachers to accommodate an increased number of classes and an expanded enrolment. All International Teachers will be assisted by a Chinese teacher (assistant/camp counselor) and a helper.
The School Provides:
* A base salary of 6000 RMB
* Accommodation either in the school's private ensuite apartments, or in a nearby three star hotel (you will NOT share accommodation).
* All meals provided in either the school's Western or Chinese cafeterias.
* Laundry service
* Assistance with transportation & a pick-up service to and from Pudong International airport in Shanghai. (A representative of the school will meet you there. Pick up from the Shanghai Pudong Airport on July 8th and send teachers to the airport on July 25th, 2013.)
* Air fare or any other transportation costs other than the airport pick-up service are the responsibility of the teacher.
* Teachers who make their own way to Yangzhou are expected to arrive on July 9th, 2013.
The School’s Employment Requirements:
We are seeking dedicated people who have a passion for teaching children, who are open minded and outgoing and who have good teaching skills; experienced teachers preferred. Education majors and CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certified teachers are preferred, but other certifications (college degrees) will be considered.
Applicants should be native English speakers from either, Australia, the USA, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa. Applicants who are in China and/or have prior teaching experience in China are preferred.
