Teach Away is currently accepting applications for teaching jobs in China to teach English to young learners through Disney English. Teaching in language schools in Shanghai, Beijing, and other major cities across China will allow teachers to gain international teaching experience while immersing themselves in a fascinating culture. Due to a cost of living that is much lower than other Asian countries, teachers can expect to save a good portion of their salary. With a generous benefits package, monthly expenses in China are few and far between.

Start Dates: Immediate and ongoing start dates

Contract Duration: 1 year

Locations: Suzhou, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Beijing

Student Level: 2-10 year olds

Working Hours: 40 hours/week; up to 24 classroom hours

Monthly Salary: 10,000-13,000 RMB (approximately $1,500-2,000 USD)

Visa: Sponsored by the school

Housing: Monthly housing allowance provided

Flight: Return airfare provided

Vacation: 11 National Holidays + 5 Vacation Days

Health Insurance: Medical insurance provided

REQUIREMENTS

- University Undergraduate Degree (in any discipline)

- Minimum 2 years teaching experience (working with young learners)

- Experience with arts preferred (singing; dance; performance)

- Native English Speaker
