Teach Children in Changzhou – Up to 17,800 Rmb

Oxford International College of Changzhou opened its doors in August 2012 to cater to both Chinese and expatriate students aged between 3 and 18 who require an international education and, for the older students, who aspire to attend ranked universities worldwide.

Presently operating from temporary premises, the new state-of-the-art teaching and boarding buildings will open in August 2014 to 200 students, eventually growing to 1000.

At secondary level, students follow the IGCSE and A-Level curriculum combined with a holistic enrichment of character which aligns with the educational approach of Oxford International Colleges of China. A rigorous selection process produces students with a very strong academic profile and fits them for the competitive international world.

Our Benefits

• Salary: RMB17,800 – RMB 25,422 (Depending on the working experience )

• Flight reimbursement: RMB 10,000 per year working at the school for the teacher and accompanied spouse

• 6 weeks summer, 4 weeks winter, and other national holidays

• Accommodation: RMB 3,000 per month

• Other Allowance: Free tuition at the school for at most two kids. / One-off relocation allowance of RMB 2,000

Our contract

• 2 years contract

• Position: Primary Year 2 Teacher

• Maximum 23 teaching hours per week

• Office hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

• Class size: 12-25

• Ages: 4-18

• Pre-made lesson plans and training curriculum

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Native English speaker

• Bachelor or above/ primary teaching qualification (Teaching major preferred)

• Vacancies: 1

• 25 to 55 years of age

• At least 2 years working experience in the subject

• Punctual, outgoing and enthusiastic work attitude
