PlayABC is a new English Training school for children aged 1-8 that opened in 2010. Though we are a new school, our parent company has 10 years of experience running over 250 education centers in China, including Gymboree (Early Education), GymGarten (Kindergarten) and TomatoArt (Art Center).
PlayABC uses a multi-faceted, holistic and innovative approach to teaching children English. We truly believe that learning should be fun, and our curriculum is very unique. We incorporate concepts such as TPR, RIS, Realia and multiple-intelligences into our classes, while adjusting for the developmental differences of each age group. As a result, our classes are full of activities and fun!

Teaching position: English teacher
Students: Children aged 2-8
Location: Shanghai
Time to start: ASAP
Contract Duration: One academic year
Teaching Hours: 20 hours per week
Qualifications
- Love and enjoy being around children
- Native English Speaker
- Outgoing, energetic, and positive
- Has prior experience in education field(or holder of teaching certification TESOL/TEFL etc)
- Has a degree
- No Criminal Record
Responsibilities
- Teach English to children aged 1-8 in small classes of less than 10.
- Use our Interactive Whiteboard to facilitate English lessons.
- Lesson Preparation.
-PlayABC provides the lesson plans, however you will need to make sure that the materials are prepared in advance.
- Become familiar with the programmes and courses of study at PlayABC.
- Be responsible for your students’ progress.
