Teach English at Summer Camps in Italy
ACLE, an Italian educational association accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education and the World TEFL Accrediting Committee. ACLE has over 30 years of experience in the language-learning and language-teaching sector. Each summer the association trains and places more than 400 English tutors in camps to teach English to Italian children and teenagers.
This is a unique opportunity to enhance your CV by learning how to teach through games, sports, drama & songs all taught at our orientation. It is also a great summer experience where you will meet people from around the world, enjoy all that Italy has to offer, and make amazing memories for you & the children you meet.
All applicants attend a one-week intensive training course on the Italian Riviera, where they learn everything they need to know about teaching English through theatre and play.
Orientation dates:
June 5th
June 12th
June 19th
June 26th
August 14th
Once trainee tutors have completed orientation they attend a minimum of three weeks in camps across Italy from the Alps to Sicily, putting their training into practice, teaching children and having the time of their lives.
Accommodation, food and transport during and between camps is provided and trainee tutors also receive a generous study grant which is based on the number of weeks spent teaching.
Whilst with us trainee tutors are also supported by a paid study grant, provided by ACLE Fondazione. This study grant starts at €520 for your first 3 weeks in camp.
