1. Brief Instruction of Web International English

Web International English was established in 1998 with the aim of providing Chinese people with a better and more effective way of learning practical oral English. To meet this, we created a unique Three-Stage Multi-Discipline Learning Method and combined it with one of the world's most advanced courseware providers Dyned. 2. Web in Taiyuan

Web International Taiyuan Center was founded in 2008. We are located in downtown Taiyuan,and very close to the main street--Yingze street--- of the city. We are located beside one of the biggest parks--Yingze Park which is considered to be the central park of the city. Now we have about 8 foreign teachers who are very keen to teach and enjoy Chinese culture here.

3. About the City of Taiyuan

Taiyuan, the capital of Shanxi Province, is bounded on three sides by mountains, and is only two-hours by railway from Beijing. It has a 2500-year history and in ancient times was an important military town. Taiyuan has a wealth of tourist attractions and notable among these is the Jinci Temple. This is the city's most attractive temple although the Shuangta Si (Twin-Pagoda Temple) has become a symbol of Taiyuan on account of its unique architecture. Another major attraction is the Tianlong Shan Stone Caves where magnificent sculptures dating from the Tang Dynasty (618-907) may be seen. Shanxi Province,one of the oldest among historical provinces in China, covers 65% ancient architectures and has been one of the fast developing provinces around China.

4. Job summary

Teaching at Taiyuan Web International English is interesting, challenging and rewarding. The teaching method Web International adopts is a combination of multimedia courseware, ESL classes, Chinese Tutor’s follow up and diverse extra curricula activities. We are looking for those who like to experience a different culture and develop into a professional ESL teacher. And in the flagship learning centers we have adopted interactive teaching devices to meet the requirements of more effective communication between the students and teachers.

5. Job description

Conducting English classes for adult students

40 hours a week(25 teaching hours +15 office hours per week) + 2 days off

Be available to teach in the evenings and at weekend.

6. Requirements

* Native English speaker

* Bachelor’s degree or above

* Over one year teaching experience preferred

* Two years working experience or above

* TEFL/TESOL/CELTA Certificate required

* Age 25 to 55

* Patient, professional, responsible and self-motivated
