Teach English in China

ESL teacher:
• Provide English classes to students of all ages (3 to 12 mainly)
• Give demos to new students and do marketing activities
• Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required
• Handle all class sizes from 1 on 1 to groups
• 5 working days per week
• Working hours per week: 40 (25 teaching + 15 office)

Basic salary: 12000-16,000 RMB per month

Bonus system:
• Contract completion bonus: 5000 RMB
• Bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher recommendation
• Monthly evaluation bonus: 300 RMB to 1000 RMB depending on performance
• Overtime pay: 150-200 RMB per hour for extra teaching

Allowance system:
• Housing allowance: 1000 RMB per month
• Reimbursement of return flight ticket: 5000 RMB as maximum

Requirements:
• Native English speaker preferred
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred
• At least 1 year related experience with reference letter
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred
• 22 to 45 years old
