Teach English in China‎ - ESL Teacher Job in Shanghai

Main Responsibilities:
1. Maximum of 14 classes teaching per week.;
2. Max. 8-10 students per class, 1.5-2 hours per class.
3. Provide professional English classes for 3-15 aged children according to schools curriculum system
4. Preparing lesson plans and timely communication with parents
5. Participate in training, workshops and communication meetings frequently to improve teaching performances
6. Participate in teaching and marketing activities, such as Demo lessons
7. Attend school-held social events

The hire will be offered
1. Competitive Salary, 2. Housing Allowance, 3. Additional pay for any teaching hours exceeds 75 hr/month, 4. KPI Bonus 5. Sign-In Bonus (for each student signed after Demo classes), 6. Requirements
1. Native English Speakers or Non-Native English Speaker who have obtained their Bachelor Degree or above in English-speaking countries
2. TEFL/ TESOL / CELTA preferred with 120 Hours (Preferable)
3. 1-2 years teaching experience (Preferable)
4. No gender restriction, with 23-55 years age
5. Good health condition & clean criminal record.
