About the Teacher Position

•Position: full-time

•Location: Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen

•Contract duration: 1 year with possibility to renew

•Class size: 10 to 15 students

•Chinese teaching assistant working with you in the classroom (less stress)

•Curriculum development provided by our academic department (less preparation work)

•Start Date: Any time

•35 total working hours per week (average 15 to 20 in-classroom teaching hours per week)

Teacher Salary/Benefits

•Monthly income: Depending on your qualification, you can earn RMB 12,000~ RMB 20,000 per month (approximately US$2,000~US$3,200), the income includes base salary, teaching hour income and housing allowance

•Health Insurance

•Up to 10,000 RMB airfare reimbursement (approximately US$1,635)

•6,000RMB Annual completion bonus (approximately US$980)

•Vacations in Winter and Summer

•15 days free hotel accommodation upon arrival

•Free TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course

•On-going training

•Relocation assistance to help set up services in China (banking, cellular phone, etc)

Qualifications

•Native English speakers from US or Canada

•Bachelor degree or above

•TESOL, TESL or TEFL preferred
