Teach English in China (visa, Flight, Housing, Insurance, Paid Holidays and More)

Job title: English Teacher
• Provide English course to students of all ages (3 to 12 mainly) 
• Give demos to new students and do marketing activities
• Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required
• Handle class sizes from 4-6
• 5 working days per week, available on weekend
• Working hours per week: 35 (30 Classes + non-teaching);40 min per class

Basic salary: 16,000 - 19000 RMB per month

Bonus system
• Contract completion bonus: 3000-15000 RMB
• Bonus for new teacher recommendation: 2500 RMB
• Overtime pay: 150 RMB for per extra ACH
• Quarterly bonus: 0-6000K RMB depending on performance

Allowance system
• Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB per month
• Round trip Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB (paid with the first month salary) + 6.000 RMB (paid with the last month salary)

Requirements
• Native English speaker preferred
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred
• Related experience preferred
• TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred
• 22 to 45 years old
