Teach English in Thailand With Bell Education
BELL is seeking ESL teachers to join their team in Thailand for the January 2014. Teachers will work directly for Assumption under the supervision and guidance of Bell English in providing language support to the students, teachers and parents of the school.
The Assumption Rama II campus is a brand new facility, expanding from its' initial 250 students in 2012 to over 800 students in 2014. Successful applicants will work for Assumption College Rama II's language support programme, under the management of Bell English, one of the leading international providers of language teaching and teacher training. Bell teachers work with primary and secondary students and focus solely on language teaching which may include general English lessons, Cambridge Young Leaner Exam Preparation or project based lessons.
Teachers will have the opportunity to teach either primary (age 6 – 12) level students at the school as well as adult learners. All classes take place on site and allow teachers with a background in ESL teaching to experience working in a private Thai school environment, with a strong focus on professional development and the continuing expansion of the Bell Assumption College Rama II partnership.

Duties will include:
- 21 contact hours maximum per week
- Being present at school from Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week
- Lesson and course design for general English and extra-curricular courses- Development of supplementary materials
- Contribution of materials to a resource library
- Marking of class and homework
- Preparation, administration and marking of placement, progress and achievement tests
- Assisting with the preparation of young learner Cambridge Exams, Starters, Movers and Flyers and Cambridge suite exams KET and PET
- Assessment and reporting of student performance
- Participating in our teacher training program which includes observations, co-teaching and peer observations
- Contributing to the in-service training of Bell colleagues through presentations and workshops
- Attending staff meetings and/or workshops arranged by senior staff
