Teach English online in Beijing / Shanghai in Wall Street

Main Responsibilities

1. Conduct online lessons according to the WSE methodology.

2. Prepare and teach classes online as scheduled.

3. Give feedback to students

4. Help students reach the level of English established in their learning objective.

5. Provide advice and assistance to students in the classroom.

6. Be flexible to teach or support in multiple centers within the same city.

7. Promote and preserve a pleasant and courteous atmosphere in the Centre and Online.

Requirements

1. Native English Speaker
2.University degree, Bachelor’s
3.CELTA/TEFL certificate or equivalent
4.A minimum of 24 months (post-graduation) Teaching experience is required
5. Criminal Background Check required
6.Willing to work weekends
7.Sociable, dynamic, inspiring, energetic, and organized

8. Has basic IT knowledge

Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs

Web Conferencing software knowledge is a plus (Cisco Webex, GoToMeeting, etc.)

35 hours a week – 30 contact and 5 office hours

16,000RMB base salary

1,000 RMB position allowance (for Shanghai only)

17,000 RMB base salary (for Beijing only)

500 RMB possible monthly bonus

1,500 RMB possible quarterly training bonus

Both student and staff referral bonus

7000 RMB contract completion bonus

Possibility of 14 hours a week teaching in the center
