Pattison originally began in Vancouver, Canada in 1998. Since then it has grown to be an internationally recognized English Training Centre operating throughout most major cities in China. Pattison opened its first branch in Harbin in 2008 and since then has opened a further two branches. As an IELTS and TOEFL training center, its growth is unprecedented in the greater Harbin area. Pattison provides both students and staff with a comfortable, clean teaching environment. Its teaching space is diverse, offering VIP classrooms, Salon classes and multimedia classrooms. All centers are also fitted with Wi-Fi,computer rooms for the students to do private study and a recess area for staff and students to relax between classes.

The majority of Pattison students are High School or University students preparing to study abroad. They primarily come to Pattison to study for their IELTS/TOEFL exams, practice spoken English and to learn about the culture of the country they will soon live in. Therefore, a lot of foreign teaching classes are largely conversationally based. Due to the nature of our classes, Pattison recruitment believes that a teacher should not only have at least and undergraduate degree and valid teaching experience, but we also value a dynamic personality to keep the atmosphere in the classroom both educational and engaging.

Job Details:

ü Monthly salary of between 7,000 - 11,000 RMB (After tax)

ü Additional 1,000 RMB housing allowance

ü 12,000 RMB upon completion as airfare

ü 20 hours per week

ü Additional hours to be paid at 100 RMB overtime

ü Health Insurance

ü Paid visa & working permit

ü Class sizes of 1 - 10 students.

ü Teaching students aged 14-24 years old
