Teach English to Kindergarten students at one of the finest International Schools in China! 16,000 RMB/month in beautiful Wuxi, China.

We are looking to fill an immediate opening for a kindergarten teacher, due to a family emergency. The school semester started September 1st. Because of the urgency of the situation, we are only considering teachers from the six major English speaking countries (U.S., Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa) already living in China. Join a professional team of 8 Western and 10 Korean English teachers at our school to teach three kindergarten and one 1st grade class. Our school serves Korean students, grades K-4 to 12th, from Wuxi and Suzhou, who are looking to maintain their high level of academic excellence while away from home.

While Wuxi is an ancient Chinese city, it has the livability that can only be found in a smaller Chinese metropolis. Located an hour west of Shanghai and nestled along China's largest lake, Taihu, you will enjoy all the conveniences of modern living in its New District, combined with the old world charm of its ancient temple area.

Job Description:

1. Contract year September 1, 2014 (or as soon as we hire you) to August 31,

2015

2. Teach spoken and written English full time, 20 classes per week (40 minute

classes)

3. Normal school hours Mon-Fri (8:30-4:30)

4. Prepare and teach lesson plans

5. One year contract

6. One position for kindergarten

7. Weekends and Holidays off

8. Two month winter break and one month summer break off

Remuneration:

1. Salary + housing allowance + bonuses for certifications equals approx 16,000

RMB/month

2. Paid Winter and Summer breaks and Holidays

3. Reimbursement for relocation expenses

4. Health Insurance included

5. One month employment bonus upon completion of each contract

6. One month evaluation bonus upon completion of each year

Qualifications:

1. Native English speaker with a 4 year college degree from an accredited

western university

2. Teaching certification in your home country

3. 2 or more years teaching experience

4. TESOL/TEFL or similar certification preferred

5. A professional attitude and love for teaching

6. A strong desire to help young children

7. 25-40 years old (with lots of energy)
