General Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive educational content to learners using scripted multimedia materials and a variety of audio-visual aids

• Use immersive learning techniques such as story-telling, singing, dialogue and role playing in combination with formal exercises to deliver curriculum. Interact with learners in a way that makes language learning fun, engaging and effective

• Participate in center promotional and social events as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

• A minimum of 12 months of post-bachelor’s work experience, including a minimum of 6 months of continuous teaching employment

• A passion for educating children

• Ability to command the attention of large groups of children in an engaging manner

• Native English teacher. English language fluency including but not limited to: proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, and proper use of adjectives and adverbs

• Demonstration of a neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm

• Energetic, enthusiastic approach to delivering content to learners

• Ability to commit to a 12month contract

Compensation/Benefits

• 8,000-10,000 RMB monthly salary

• work 5 days per week

• 40 work time and 25 teaching time per week
