Beilin International Education, established in 2003 in Beijing, is a foreign owned and managed education company offering two comprehensive programs for English learners. Muffy’s Learning Centers operate pre-K and kindergarten programs for 2-6 year olds providing a broad-based curriculum including arts, mathematics, science and other subjects. Global Track prepares older students (ages 6-14) for a future of worldwide engagement through a combined emphasis on language acquisition, content knowledge and character development.

We are now hiring for August starts in our Muffy’s Pre-K and Global Track programs. These are year-long, full-time teaching positions. See below for details:
POSITION 1: Pre-K and Kindergarten Teacher
Description: At Muffy’s Learning Centers, our young students become fluent in English through a variety of stimulating, hands-on activities and lively conversations with our caring foreign teachers in a full-day immersion program. The cornerstone of our curriculum is Dr. Howard Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences. We believe in the power of play and focus on providing our students with a range of exciting learning options in eight different areas of development.
We are seeking caring, patient and energetic self-starters who enjoy working with children ages 2 to 6. Candidates should be self-confident individuals who are open to personal and professional development. We are looking for team players who enjoy collaborating with others and who embrace the creative challenge of teaching young children.
Qualifications:
Native English Speakers from North America, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
Early Childhood Education and/or Child Care experience; Bachelor’s degree with teaching license/certificate preferred
Candidates with music, art or dance/drama background are strongly encouraged to apply.
Contract start date: August 27th 2012 (2 positions)
Contract: 40 hours/week (27.5 Contact hours)
Location: Beijing
Contract duration: through 2012-13 academic year (July 2013)
Compensation: 13,000~18,000 RMB/month, net of taxes.
Salary commensurate with experience.
POSITION 2: Global Track After-School ESL Teacher
Description: Our Global Tack program offers after-school classes for English learners eager to gain knowledge and develop skills in several key areas, including academics, arts and sports.
We are seeking flexible, caring, dedicated and energetic self-starters who enjoy working with children between the ages of 7 and 14. Candidates should be team players who can adapt to a different cultural environment. Candidates must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
Native English speakers from North America, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1 year ESL teaching program.
Contract start dates: September 1,2012 (please check http://www.muffyseducation.com for more complete contract date information)
Working hours: Weekday evenings and weekends, 5 days per week
Weekly teaching hours: 20
Location: Beijing
Contract duration: through July 2013
Compensation: 10,000 ~ 12,000 RMB/month, net of taxes. Salary commensurate with experience.
