Job Description:

Teach and implement the certified WSE Method

Teach and prepare students for high stakes test such as IELTS

Establish a friendly, engaging and fun atmosphere for learners

Review student progress and give constructive feedback

Actively participate in professional development workshops and seminars

Attend center monthly meetings, activities, parties and other events

Requirements:

Native English Speaker

Bachelor’s Degree or above

CELTA or equivalent TEFL/TESOL certificate

Minimum of 2-years full-time classroom teaching experience (post-graduation)

A genuine interest in your students and the progress they make

Dynamism and the ability to inspire

Employment Package:

We offer two types of contracts:

Types of Contract Teaching hours Office hours Starting salary

35 Hours 30 Hours 5 Hours 16,000.00 RMB

25 Hours 21 Hours 4 Hours 11,200.00 RMB

Sponsored Z working visa & a Foreign Expert Certificate (FEC)

Paid annual leave (35 hour contract 10 days/25 hour contract 5 days + 11 Chinese National Holidays)

End of contract bonus of 7000 RMB for a 35 hour and 3500 RMB for a 25 hour contract
