QUALIFICATION:

• We prefer citizens from all native English speaking countries (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and South Africa). However, if you are a non-native speaker but with perfect English skills with neutral accent, we also consider you as a qualified applicant;
• At least with Bachelor’s Degree or Higher;
• Teaching Experience: At least 2 years (Requirements vary from cities, some approve those with less than 2 years experience.
• Age limit for Z visa: 22 – 58 years of age; Other schools also accept younger/older teachers
• Positive Attitude: Engaging, active, patient and passionate
• Teaching certificate is highly recommended, but not required. 

POSITION INFORMATION:

• At least one (1) year contract
• No more than five (5) working days per week
• Training centers: Working on weekends; Day-Off is Mon-Tue
• Other schools: Monday-Friday work; Day-Off is every weekend
• Class size: 8-15 students in private schools, 30 or more in public schools

3. WeChat Interview with the school – We negotiate details with you first before signing the contract.
4. Signing contract

6. Life Guidance/Orientation in China upon arrival
