Teachers will teach English through various subjects such as Math, Science, Social Studies, and Reading. Compensation:

Based on a total of 35 working hours per week, includes maximum of 25 teaching hours

TIER 1: 2+ years teaching experience

TIER 2: TEFL/TESOL + 2+ years teaching experience

TIER 3: Bachelors

TIER 4: Bachelors + TEFL/TESOL

TIER 5: Bachelors + 2+ years teaching experience

TIER 6: Bachelors + TEFL/TESOL + 2+ years teaching experience

TIER 7: Bachelors + government issued teaching license

TIER 8: Bachelors + TEFL/TESOL + government issued teaching license

TIER 9: Bachelors + 2+ years teaching experience + government issued teaching license

TIER 10: Bachelors + TEFL/TESOL + 2+ years teaching experience, + government issued teaching license

TIER 1: 7,500 base + 3,000 housing + 35 per teaching hour

TIER 2: 7,500 base + 3,000 housing + 50 per teaching hour

TIER 3: 8,000 base + 3,000 housing + 35 per teaching hour

TIER 4: 8,000 base + 3,000 housing + 50 per teaching hour

TIER 5: 9,000 base + 3,000 housing + 35 per teaching hour

TIER 6: 9,000 base + 3,000 housing + 50 per teaching hour

TIER 7: 9,000 base + 3,000 housing + 80 per teaching hour

TIER 8: 10,000 base + 3,000 housing + 80 per teaching hour

TIER 9: 11,000 base + 3,000 housing + 80 per teaching hour

TIER 10: 11,000 base + 3,000 housing + 80 per teaching hour

*All numbers above are in RMB

**Current average teaching hours is 16 hours/week

**Hourly teaching rate is additional 2,200-5,100RMB per month on top of base and housing

Benefits:

* Health Insurance: provided

* Visa Reimbursement: F and Z visas are covered by company if applying in China

* Hotel: 15 days accommodation upon arrival

* Chinese lessons: 4 hours per week

* Paid Chinese national holidays as well as December 25th and January 1st

* 6,000 RMB annual completion bonus

* Airfare reimbursement of 7,000 RMB after one month probation, or up to 10,000 RMB upon completion of contract terms

* Quarterly Performance Review: Quarterly bonus of up to 225 RMB per class may be awarded

Job Qualifications:

* Minimum of Associate¡¦s degree + 2 years teaching experience required

* Internationally recognized TESOL, TESL or TEFL preferred, but not required

* Candidates should be North American native English speakers

* Minimum 12-month contract

* Outgoing personality, love for children and teaching

* Anyone who wants to explore overseas working experience and broaden world outlook
